3 ways a flexx laser can benefit your business
23-Jul-2015 This year we are celebrating 10 years as the leader of dual-source laser technology. What is flexx technology? Our patented flexx technology combines a CO2 laser source for engraving and cutting a wide range of organic materials like wood, leather, glass or acrylics with a second laser source, fiber, for metal marking and laser processing plastics.
Why did we develop flexx technology? To provide a laser machine that can process all materials.

1. More output, less overhead
Trotec flexx technology combines a CO2 laser and a fiber laser in one machine -- so it provides the cutting and marking capabilities that traditionally required two systems. This eliminates the need to use and maintain separate systems, lowering the cost of ownership. Using a single system is also more efficient because it eliminates the need to stop and start jobs.
2. Maximum flexibility
Our flexx 2-in-1 laser systems are customised to suit your needs. They are available in more than 30 configurations and different power levels (up to 120 watts for CO2 lasers and up to 50 watts for fiber lasers).
Available on Speedy 100, Speedy 300 and Speedy 400.
Customers can add flexx to Speedy systems at any time.
3. Designed with experience
Trotec flexx was the first combined 2-in-1 combined laser system on the market, and we have been testing and improving it for more than a decade. Our experience allows us to provide a highly refined product with superior performance.
Trotec is setting new standards!
